Architecture built for how enterprises actually run
EAOT — Enterprise Architecture for Operations Technology — is a platform and a global practitioner community for architects working where business strategy meets grid, plant, and field operations.
Our mission
Make enterprise architecture practical, connected, and continuously useful — not a shelf of documents.
Our approach
Every capability starts from real programme experience: grid, plant, field, and back-office systems that must work together.
Our platform
AI workspaces for enterprise, solution, and integration architecture, plus a practice lab for deliberate skill building.
Our community
A vendor-neutral global network sharing reference architectures, integration patterns, and honest failure modes.
Why we built it
Most architecture work dies in slide decks. Meanwhile the hard problems — metering data at scale, asset performance, OT/IT convergence, safe modernisation of systems that cannot be switched off — need decisions that are traceable, defensible, and fast.
EAOT was created by practising architects to close that gap: AI assistants trained on real delivery patterns, artefacts you can hand to a review board, and a community that shares what actually worked.
We stay vendor-neutral. We name tools when they matter and never sell them. Everything here is meant to be reused on your next programme.
