Privacy Policy

What we store

Your conversations, threads, and Practice Lab progress are stored in your own browser using local storage. They are not held in an EAOT user account.

Clearing your browser storage removes this data permanently.

AI processing

Messages you send in a workspace are transmitted to our AI provider to generate a response. Do not paste secrets, credentials, or personal data you are not permitted to share.

We do not use your conversations to train models.

Enquiry forms

When you submit a contact or consultancy enquiry, we store your name, email, organisation, enquiry type, and message in our secure backend so we can reply. These records are not readable from the public website.

We use this data only to respond to your enquiry, and to send field notes if you explicitly opt in.

Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-friendly, first-party analytics that record only the page path, referrer, and an anonymous session id — no advertising trackers, no third-party cookies, and no cross-site profiling.

Analytics are only recorded after you accept the consent banner. Declining stops all analytics collection; your choice is remembered in your browser.

Your choices

You can delete any thread from within the app at any time, and clear all local data through your browser settings.
